This one here is the SMS Vulcan in 1919, Imperial Navy of Kaiser Willhem. Its task: to transport submarines.

Yes, a ship to transport submarines, and it is not a new development, it was built before WWI.








Here it can be seen letting subs in the Kiel Channel.
